West Auckland Infill Housing Development

PJM Project Management regularly provides project feasibility, procurement and construction management services to private individuals and first-time developers. Not all projects need to be 'big' to leverage the services of a PM company, and engaging one 'as and when' needed can be money well spent for those still mastering the craft of property development or managing a complex new family home build or renovation. We have a few of these clients and projects on the go at any one time.

This West Auckland infill housing project is a staged private rent-to-hold project. Resource Consent (RC) has been approved for three additional homes, and the first house is nearing completion.

Our role involves a light-ish touch, supporting a first-time developer. We have assisted with procurement and contract execution with a reputable builder.

We provide a construction overview of the services connections and site infrastructure works, and a 'lighter-touch' Engineer to Contract role during the construction of the house, as the owners are more confident in managing this process.

These are smart-looking homes (a standard above the norm), and we are really looking forward to seeing the finished development.
